To provide fair and equal chance of winning to all Marie Louise/KosmeLink consumers, fans and/or followers, the following are the official rules for The Holiday Weekly Contest (thru November and December) on Marie Louise/KosmeLink websites, brand-controlled Facebook pages and brand-controlled Twitter pages.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING.

All winners must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise stated and/or posted.

1. Entering Contest and Choosing and Contacting Winners

1 Winner from Fans and Followers of FaceBook and Twitter respectively will be chosen at random each week.  The first winner will be chosen on November 10th, 2009, and following winner on November 17th, 2009, and continue each week with the last winner chosen on December 29th, 2009.
Winners will be announced on both FaceBook and Twitter.  Contestants and Winners are expected to check respective sites each Tuesday for winning results.

2. Awarding Prizes

Winners will be announced on both FaceBook and Twitter every Tuesday at noon 12pm.  Contestants and Winners are expected to check respective sites each Tuesday for winning results.

To claim the prize, the winner must email his or her full name, birth date, valid email address, phone number, and mailing address to mlc@marielouisecosmetics.com with the subject "I won on MLC FB" or "I won on MLC Twitter" as the subject line.  Each winner will have until the following Tuesday (7 days time) at 12pm (PST) to claim the weekly prize.

Failure to respond via email shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize.  Marie Louise/ KosmeLink will mail the contest prize to the mailing address supplied.  Marie Louise/ KosmeLink is not required to awared elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner.

Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees, and all such additional costs that may be incurred.

Neither Marie Louise/KosmeLink, Marie Louise/KosmeLink sponsors, nor employees of Marie Louise/KosmeLink or sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the product by winner. Marie Louise/KosmeLink is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any contest promoted by Marie Louise/KosmeLink.

If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Marie Louise/KosmeLink may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

Management, employees and families of Marie Louise/KosmeLink are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded by Marie Louise/KosmeLink.
